What do you like doing when you’re not working? Running or cooking (but not at the same time!!).

I set up my business because... I want to pass on my passion for cooking and to make people realise that it can be fun not a chore.

What’s the best thing that’s happened to you recently?Appearing on ITV with Gino D’Acampo, was such a fun day and to top it I became the winner for the Essex region!

Favourite one liner or silliest thing you’ve ever overheard: Whilst teaching a reception class one little girl described a raspberry with a roll of her lips! Not the kind of raspberries I was planning to use!
